Do you spot a production error, have you installed the filter incorrectly due to incomplete instructions or is there some other 'problem' with a product we supply? Of course we do our very best to do everything first-class, but you know... a mistake can happen to even the best of us. Should something be wrong with your product, we will always work with you to find a suitable solution. Below you can read what to do if you have a complaint and when you are entitled to warranty.

 

What is the (statutory) warranty period?

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). This period starts when you take delivery of the order. In addition, you have at least a 2-year warranty on all products ordered from us.

How do I make my complaint?

In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with a product delivered by us, please send an e-mail to info@topsfilter.at. It is important that you describe what is wrong with the product as clearly as possible. Please also include pictures. The more information we have, the faster we can deal with the complaint. Please remember to include your name and order number.

How long will it take for my complaint to be dealt with?

At Tops Filter, we are here for you. We do everything we can to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. How quickly? That depends on what kind of complaint it is. In any case, you can rest assured that we will deal with your complaint within 5 working days and make sure that everything is up and running again.
