Something went wrong with the payment, what should I do?
In most cases, there is no problem and you will be automatically returned to your shopping cart. Go to the payment page again and try again. Are you unsuccessful this time or have you been charged twice? Please contact us. We will be happy to look into the matter and solve it for you.

Sofort from Klarna
This is a popular chosen payment method in Austria. Sofort is directly linked to your online banking, so no additional registrations or downloads are required. So you can pay securely, confidently and easily online.
PayPal
This online payment system is the solution for those who want to pay without a credit card. After creating a PayPal account and linking your credit card or bank details, you only need your e-mail address and password to complete the payment.
Girpay
With Giropay, you can pay securely and easily online via your familiar online banking environment. All you have to do is select your bank, log in with your usual details and confirm the payment - without the hassle of credit cards or long waiting times. Payment with Giropay is fast, secure and direct, so you can enjoy your purchase quickly.
Creditcard
Paying by creditcard is easy and secure. Have you decided in favour of this payment method? Then we will redirect you to the Ingenico website where you can finalise your payment. Tops Filter accepts Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards.
Banktransfer
Prefer to pay by bank transfer yourself? You can! If you opt for a bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with payment instructions. This allows you to transfer the amount to us within the indicated period. We will send your parcel as soon as the payment has been made.
I have not received a confirmation, what now?
You normally receive confirmation within 5 minutes of placing your order. Have you been waiting longer? Check your junk mail folder. If you cannot find it there either, either the wind is blowing the wrong way or something has gone wrong. Our customer service colleagues will be happy to sort it out for you and make sure you receive the confirmation after all.
Where can I find the invoice for my order?
You will find the invoice attached to the confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order. In addition, if you have a Tops account, you can find all your invoices (and much more) in your personal area. So you always have everything at hand.
