What are the shipping costs?
For orders with a total price of €100 or more, shipping is free within Austria. Is the order amount lower? Then the shipping costs are €7.95. In this way, we try to stimulate parcel sales and reduce the number of transports. This way, together, we ensure a healthy climate, indoors and outdoors.
Can I also collect my order?
Unfortunately, Tops Filter does not (yet) have a customer counter where you can pick up the products you ordered. However, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to a DPD parcel shop near you. Here, you can pick up your order at a time that suits you best. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your parcel is ready for pick-up.
When will my parcel be delivered?
For years, DPD has been our regular partner for parcel delivery both inside and outside Austria. They specialise in parcel logistics and, like Tops Filter, are committed to a more sustainable world. DPD delivers from Monday to. As soon as your parcel has been processed, you will receive a track & trace code to follow your order. Please note: it may take a while before the expected delivery time is known.
There is something wrong with my track & trace code. What should I do?
Track & trace is fully facilitated by DPD. This means that Tops ilters only has limited access to this data. That said, we are happy to look with you when you experience problems with track & trace. Maybe our customer service team has the solution. And if not, we'll look for it.
How do I change my delivery appointment or delivery address?
Tops Filter likes to make you as comfortable as possible. That is why we use Predict, an extra service from DPD. This service allows you to track your parcel via track & trace and adjust the delivery options. How? The fastest and easiest way to change something is to choose the relevant option in the e-mail with your track & trace details. This is sent by DPD. You can also choose to make the change on the DPD website. Enter the 14-digit parcel number to view the options and make the desired change.
I haven't received my order (yet), what now?
Perhaps the delivery driver has a headwind... or something has gone wrong. Does the track & trace page show that your parcel has been delivered or has the status remained unchanged for a few days? If so, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
