Accidentally ordered the wrong product? It can happen. We work with DPD for both delivery and returns. On this page you can read how to return the product to us and what the next steps are. This way, we ensure a smooth 'return journey' and you get the purchase amount back into your bank account in no time.

 

How can I return my product(s)?

Quite simple! Follow these steps to return your product to us free of charge:

Step 1: register your return via the return form.
Step 2: download the return label you received by e-mail and print it out.
Step 3: pack the product and attach the return label on the parcel.
Please note: the old label should no longer be visible!
Step 4: hand in your parcel at a DPD Parcelshop.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as the parcel has been received and processed by us.

What is the return period?

Whether you accidentally ordered the wrong product, received a different item or changed your mind: you can return the product to us free of charge up to 90 days after receipt.

What are the costs for returning my product(s)?

You can return the package to us free of charge by attaching our return label. You will receive this label by e-mail after registering your return. Would you like to return the package in another way? This is possible on payment of the applicable shipping costs.

How should I package the product to be returned?

We prefer to receive the package back as we sent it: in its original packaging. Is that not possible? Then choose another suitable box and attach the return label. Are you using the original packaging? Then make sure the old shipping label is no longer visible.

Where can I find the return label?

Unlike many other shops, Tops Filter does not include a return label as standard. Why? Because in most cases it is not needed. Waste, and we think that's a shame. So where can you find the return label? You will receive it by e-mail after registering your return.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. Once it has been unpacked and checked, you will receive a return confirmation. From this point on, it takes a maximum of 4 working days for the amount to be transferred back to the bank account number known to us.
