I have not received my confirmation, what now?

Normally you will receive a confirmation within 5 minutes of placing your order. Have you been waiting longer? Check your junk mail folder. If you cannot find it there either, either the wind is blowing the wrong way or something has gone wrong. Our customer service colleagues will be happy to sort it out for you and make sure you receive the confirmation after all.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

You will find the invoice attached to the confirmation e-mail you received after placing your order. In addition, if you have a tops account, you can find all your invoices (and much more) in your personal account. So you have everything to hand at all times.

Can I order filters from Tops as a business customer?
